These two are borderline identical in sheer stats aside from speed.
Speed Equal.
They are in an area with water deep enough for the Kraken to move enough while being shallow enough for the Baron to be able to walk.
Kraken has a Weird sorta Tiny bit of Info on the Baron via assuming it's somewhat like the imps it ate beforehand.
Backstory: A hell portal opened in a random area to begin the invasion of the next world, but all the minions sent in got eaten so a Baron of Hell is sent in next but is able to dodge the attack fast enough to register what's going on and what happened to the fodder.
