Kowalski vs Stewie Griffin

Beef Stew Griffin

He's much more aggressive and combat-oriented, plus regen, a more varied arsenal, better hax, and the fact that he's still very potent without prep.

If Kowalski gets in a bad spot he can just stop time and come up with plans or even knock Stewie out while he can't defend himself. He can also shrink Stewie and then just squash him like a bug (you need at least low-high regen to recover from that, Stewie only had mid).

Except it isn't likely for Kowalski to lead with the stopwatch (whch is way too bulky for him to effectively use in such a short timeframe anyways), and Stewie has a shrink ray of his own. There's wincons for both, but Stewie just has more reliable options.

Itś kinda wacky that Stewie has most of his equipment locked to his prep-time key while Kowalski doesn't, I never said Kowalski leads with it, just that it could be used if he gets in a bad situation. And while it is a little bulky, Kowalski has no trouble carrying it around like a backpack and using it in a moment's notice (i mean, someone with class 100 lifting strenght should have no trouble carrying it). Also, apparently machines still work for him when he stops time (he was able to use a drill when he tried to fix said stopwatch, Julien was presumably able to flush a toilet in frozen time, Kowalski invented 7009 things that all apparently worked if the trans-dimentional toothbrush is anything to go by) so he can do anything to Stewie he wants while he's frozen in time.

To be fair, when I brought up all those gadgets for Kowalski in that CRT I did awhile ago, I explicitly said they should be limited to his preparation time key.
