Guts has superior combat knowledge, AP, and durability. Since he knows how does Kowalski's equipment work, and since he has Dragon Slayer, he'll easily swing or even destroy his enemy detector, though I assume that this isn't how the device works.

I doubt he'll be able to deal enough damage to Guts with the help of his stopwatch, though I think that his Sonic Brain Eraser might land him a victory.

The helmet could work, assuming Guts doesn't end up cutting him apart before he can take Dragon Slayer away from him. I don't know how his gravity manip works, though.

I'll vote once there's a better explanation of the big brain penguin's stuff.

There hasn’t been an end specified that has been excepted irrc. SBA assumes both are at the peak of their tier, so maybe the penguin would be 0.20 tons?

Emphatic Manip to make Guts not his enemy anymore springs to mind.
Or de-aging him
Or removing his mental capacity.
Or just leaving him in stopped time permanently since the Stopwatch hasn't been shown to have a limit.
Or siccing Jiggles to absorb Guts.

Well, it doesn't say that Kowalski has prep time anywhere in the OP. Besides, Guts already knows how his stuff works, and I'm pretty sure Kowalski starts fights by trying to best his opponent at H2H.

If not,then Guts probably would win due to being stronger

Prior knowledge doesn't really stop Kowalski from hitting the stopwatch and stopping Guts in time forever.
