Okay, so here's the deal. So, Torako Koshi, better known as Koshi-tan, is a former delinquent who has to deal with three idiots, one of them being more or less a pet (Nokotan), so I figured... Why not pit her against another idiot. See, here's the deal. Koshi-tan serves as a baseline for her verse's power at 75.808 megajoules. Debby serves as a baseline for her verse's power at 32.921 megajoules, but her power can be amped up to 329.21 megajoules. This would bring the gap from a 2.303x AP gap in Koshi-tan's favor to a 4.343x AP gap in Debby's favor.
We get a glimpse as to how Debby's combat tactics worked in Chapter 30. Her answer to facing someone more durable than her is basically "just punch harder.":
Koshi-tan should fit the bill. Koshi-tan snapped Nokotan's neck, which would one-shot anyone that doesn't have Low-Mid regeneration:
What about combat experience? Despite being over six hundred million years old, Debby's control of magic had been surpassed by someone who had NO experience in magic on debut:
It took Rui (the girl in the scan) eight to nine whole months in-universe to get to that point. Not to mention in the one-shot made before the manga became serialized, Rokurou straight-up called Debby's fighting style caveman bullshit:
Koshi-tan had been a juvenile delinquent throughout her middle school years, even building up a name and reputation before she moved on to the straight-and-narrow. Even after being out of the game for more than two years (Koshi-tan is a third-year), Koshi-tan is still able to decently hold her own against three armed delinquents while unarmed:
Between the two, Koshi-tan is also the stronger of the two, with a LS rating of 24000 newtons (2447.318911 kg) for breaking antlers by throwing them vs Debby's 200 kg (1961.33 newtons) from simply scaling to Diablo hugging a 200-kg weighted teddy bear.
I think I'll equalize speed in this match. Debby would have a clear combat speed advantage otherwise. Besides that, I think anything in SBA is fair game.
