But in all seriousness precognition would aid King Kong against the speed advantage that the Colossal Titan has, but it won't be enough. Excessive steam and heat might aid a bit. But Kong could play smart

The Colossal Titan is bigger (60 m) than Kong (ca. 30 m), so already size advantage for him. Furthermore he has his steam generation, to possibly blind Kong; far better regen and is much more intelligent than a normal titan.

The only advantage Kong has is his experience and intelligence, which isnt really that impressive. In a longer battle the colossal titan should win via size and regen and the fact that it is unlikely for Kong to figure out his weakness.
