Knuckles VS Sonic (GRACE)

Knuckles seems more versatile here and should be physically stronger too, but Metal is faster and possibly more skilled. Invisibility is countered by Knuckles' SA2 sunglasses and NPI possibly.

I'm probably inclined to vote Metal extremely high diff, him naturally being faster, forcefields, full power attacks, and possibly having time stop, should help him deal with Knuckles raw power, AOE, and possible paralysis (iffy on if he'd pull it out before Metal beats him)

I'll make an argument for Knux, because why not?

Knuckles isn't going to mess around with Metal and knows all too well how dangerous Metal is, keep in mind Knux has already fought and defeated Metal three times already by this point in the timeline (Chaotix, Maina and Heroes) and his predecessor Mecha Sonic too. Since Knuckles won't have any help from his friends (like he did Chaotix and Heroes) he has all the more reason to go all out on Metal with his sheer versatility.

Metal is far from stupid but outside Heroes, he's very single minded on his mission and isn't likely to "outsmart" Knux by using trickery or deception like Dr Eggman would and he usually goes head first against his opponents (which against Knux is probably the worst thing you can do).

Add in the fact Knux fought Sonic to a draw in SA2 while Metal has consistently lost to both on top of Knux's experience of fighting robotic imposters (Mecha Sonic, Mecha Knuckles, Metal Sonic, etc) and I've got to give it old red (High-diff) imo.
