Saiyan Saga, Goku can only use abilities he used from that time and earlier. So no Destructo Disc. Speed is equalized. Given that Knuckle Joe would either blitz badly, or get blitzed badly depending on who he scales to. A battle of chi enhanced martial artists. I love that this is actually pretty equal. It's a battle of a power advantage vs a skill advantage.

also, Goku wins via better everything, aside from stats which are even.

Knuckle Joe via power (Goku is fodder 5-B while Joe is more mid-end) and a more varied skillset (if y ou think about it all of Goku's techniques are the same 3 techniques done slightly differently)

Note that because Goku might be a more skilled fighter, but he's also very predictable.

Wouldn't change anything. KKX4 Goku is lowend Planet while Knuckle Joe is mid-end
