In addition to the Energy Projection and Text Manipulation, I would like to add Paralysis Inducement. The reason being that in this scan, Kaiju No. 8 was already in the motion to attack No. 9, yet, in this scan, his movement seem to have stop in place
Should Spatial Manipulation replace Energy Projection listed above as given the nature of these attack, the slashing attacks spawn in the space of the text rather than a flying slashing attack
