It's likely, he used the direct blind stupidity twice and other uses of his fooling authority multiple times against Amon, he does have precedent to use his time stop for the first move something she doesn't resist too, though Klein's most likely first move is returning to his Sefirah Castle (it's thought-based) if he doesn't already starts there with a historical projection for a front
