I assume SAO Kirito? Probably Kirito due to hard-countering Dr. McNinja's biggest advantage in this fight, stealth. Kirito has high detection ability that allows him to have what is nearly precog, as well as his own ability to hide his presence.
He was able to dodge a sniper bullet from behind with no clue on where it would be coming from and when.
His stealth was enough that he was able to outrun an entire guild to the boss room, passing by them with no one knowing he was there til he jumped between said guild and Yuuki's Sleeping Knights.
Then there's the fact that sword skills boost attack speed beyond what they're normally capable of. Despite this being seemingly a miniscule amp to Kirito's attack speed, it well-timed sword skill can turn the tide of battle.

Yes, SAO Kirito.
Doc's done things like sneak through airplane security, onto a plane that was taking off, and into a window seat - beside someone - without anyone noticing. And he did that really casually.
Doc is also the superior martial artist and strategist. He's been trained his entire life as a ninja. When he was a child, he deduced a person's pressure points by merely observing him for a couple minutes, and all of this guy's organs and pressure points were in abnormal places. He also literally has a degree in everything, except agricultural science.
Also, one time he was riddled by bullets and died due to blood loss. He punched Death's head off, got back up, and mended his lethal wounds. Killing him would not be easy.

Hmm. So you have two guys who are pretty even physically in both AP and Dura. Aite.
One is Hypersonic, the other is Supersonic+ with Hypersonic combat speed. Close enough.
I think in abilities it's where it's the deciding factor. Doc McNinja is capable of using pressure point attacks and is a skilled fighter and intelligent going by Prom's words. Kirito has that magic power thing that allows him to deal fire, thunder, ice, and darkness type damage and some other sword skills.
