Kirby can resist ice manipulation and mind hax, being serious gives him access to many hax in base (absorption+bfr/fusionism/transmutation, Power Absorption+transmutation, Empathic Manipulation) and with abilities (...), has insane Regenerationn (Mid-High) and has decent combat skills, I going with him.

Not really stomps, but I'd say there are more ways for Kirby to win through versitility than Supes.

Yeah, puffball wins. way more ways to win, let alone in one shot. His ice counters Superman's (esp. Ice Sword and Ice Bomb), and he still has abilities like fusing Supes with a copy ability or something like that.
