Kingpin vs Kingpin

From what I see, comics Kingpin has the better equipment and combat capabilities, but Into the Spider-Verse Kingpin is 7x stronger than comics (0.0061710199737094 vs 0.043753741 tons), almost the required amount to one-shot. Not sure if this is stomp as the minimum to one-shot is 7.5x, but I'm not seeing much of a chance for the comics version here.

What weapons are they using? They're gang leaders, they wouldn't just fight random people with their bare hands. I vote comic Kingpin, mainly because of his laser cane but this can be changed based on what weapons both sides are using
