no, the excalibur is always street, he himself is wall

yes, excalibur is there, but it still scales to the street level feats. and even then, the regen makes beo unable to permanently hurt arthur

It's less "not against the rules" and more they're being far more lenient with threads in the Vs Threads board. I'm surprised Modern hasn't learned that yet.

A necro is a necro, yes, but there is nothing inherently wrong with it.

It only applies when a match is outdated. If that's not the case, it doesn't matter.

Necroing isn't wrong by nature, it's just against the rules. No Necroing allowed. No exceptions.

You migh notice how it says bumping, and even then it says to look over the profiles to make sure the match isn't outdated. Nothing about it being unallowed to be done.

I don't have a link for a year ago, no.

But our rules plainly imply that it's fine as long as you make sure it isn't outdated anyways (as quoted above from our Versus Thread Rules).

All I know is when I've Necroed people would always jump on me and one guy threatened me saying not to do it again.

But yea, direct them to the rules (or messege me on my wall if they persist), it isn't a rule and some just assumed it is because word of mouth.
