I don't think Tanjirou, marked Sanemi, Tomioka, Akaza, Inosuke, Base Gomei and Kanao should be 8B+. Akaza and those who scale to him aren't comparable to Douma at all and the implied Douma stomped Akaza when they fought. Sanemi doesn't really scale to Kokushibo at all especially since he scales to Tomioka who with his Mark is even with Akaza, Base Gomei kept up with unserious Kokushibo who is largely above 8C assuming Gyomei is 8B in Base for that doesn't really go.

@Insert creative name here 12 They are at most 8-B+ because Marked Sanemi can nick Kokushibo's neck which should scale to his AP since demons like Rui has higher durability for his neck than his AP. Kokushibo's neck seems to fall in this category as well.

Anyways what should we do about demons durability? We know it can't scale to their AP otherwise we would have things like straight up 8-B+ Kanao, Genya, Muichiro, Shinobu and etc.

Unknown, 8-B+ with their necks (While the durability of a Demon's body is inconsistent and can be hurt by weaker foes, their necks are their most durable body part and can tank attacks from characters who are comparable to their AP)

Also since we consider the neck to be similar to their AP I guess we should give Kyojuro a possibly higher for nearly chopping off Akaza's head with a surprise attack now. Also this would give Shinobu at most 8-B+ AP since she managed to stab Doma's neck.

Oh right one last thing should Yoriichi be 8-A? Cause the 8-B+s are already super close to baseline 8-A and Yoriichi is like far stronger than everybody else in the verse to the point of stomping everybody.

Yoriichi easily defeated Muzan and cut his neck. Even while dying from old age he nearly one shot Kokushibo's neck. Kokushibo is stronger than Doma who performed the 70.1 Ton feat while being weakened by poison. Baseline 8-A starts at 100 Ton.

I would even argue Muzan is 8-A since he's so much stronger than Kokushibo and Kokushibo is far above Doma who is close to 8-A, Muzan can easily close the gap to 8-A, he only needs to be 1.4X stronger than Doma

Yeah like based on the summary of the latest chapter Gyomei even said he's getting pushed back and can't get close to Muzan at all despite it being a 5v1. And we already saw in previous chapters that Marked Gyomei w/ See-Through-World is roughly as strong as Kokushibo. So personally I think 8-A Yoriichi and Muzan is fine. Though Muzan would probably be a Likely 8-A rather than straight up 8-A since he only has a scaling chain of being stronger than 8-B+s rather than effortlessly curbstomping 8-B+s like Yoriichi.

I agree with Yoriichi and Muzan being 8-A, but I would personally put Muzan at Possibly 8-A and Yoriichi Likely 8-A or 8-A flat. If Muzan becomes 8-A, I already know who I'm putting him up against.

Likely 8-A makes more sense for Muzan than Possibly 8-A since he straight up upscale from 8-B+s really close to baseline 8-A. Yoriichi being straight up 8-A should be fine as he effortlessly cut Kokushibo's neck while dying from old age. Even Gyomei who straight up scales to Kokushibo had some trouble completely cutting through Kokushibo's neck with one attack.

Anyways I have updated the list once again with the 8-A stuff and added a bit more justification to some characters. Tell me if there's anything that you guys disagree with. If there isn't than I guess we just wait for a staff to accept this if approval from one is needed.

What no they just heavily downscale from the 8-B+ feat. They are only at most 8-B+. Being in the same tier doesn't mean you are comparable to the other character.

Sanemi is at most 8-B+ for nicking Kokushibo who is stronger than Doma. As well as parrying casual attacks from Muzan.

Sanemi barely did anything to his neck though it was a very light cut and casual Muzan is also at an unquantifiable level all we know is his attacks can be destroyed by marked Gyomei and he's superior to Giyuu an the others.

We asked Calaca and he said it's fine to scale via doing light damage. So right now Sanemi's max AP is at most 8-B+. Sanemi parrying casual attacks from Muzan is just a supporting feat for him being at most 8-B+.
