The third time I've tried one of these but I think it's really needed. I know the last two people didn't like but I'm going to be very clear here. This change wouldn't really matter in the grand scheme of things because it's only really a downgrade for Kisagari and Shinra-Koketsu's second form.
The idea is that Ryuko and Ragyo are Multi-Continent. It comes from Ryuko destroying all the Life Fibers around the Earth when that's not... really what happens at all.
First, let's take a look at Absolute Domination, which is very important for this. All you need to know is it has full control (not physical control, she can just tell them what to do and they have to obey) over all Life Fibers except Senketsu because plot. This is made very clear.

First major problem was that even if this feat was real, it would be limited to tech only. As seen here where Ragyo surrounds all the Earth in Life Fibers by projecting Absolute Domination via a satellite. As stated here.

[5] (It's explained that this doesn't affect Senketsu because plot)
Here's Ragyo actually awakening it.

That's pretty clear-cut. She's waking every last Life Fiber and they're surrounding the Earth using the satellite using Absolute Domination, nothing wrong with that, right?
"But it's for Ryuko destroying all the Life Fibers around the world."
Before I get to that, here's Ryuko absorbing Absolute Domination which gives her control over all Life Fibers.
[13]
Then Ryuko proceeds to fly over to the satellite and...
[14]
[15]
[16]
[17]
Using Absolute Domination, Ryuko tells all the Life Fibers to just give up. And because she has Absolute Domination, they have to obey, it's made pretty clear that she couldn't have done it without it and she has no physical involvement. Actually, there's even more proof that none of the Life Fibers at all were even destroyed. Just take a look at this conversation.

So yeah, pretty clear cut I think. Ryuko used Absolute Domination to tell the Life Fibers to stop surrounding Earth and because they have to obey it out of fear, they all backed off. She didn't destroy anything really.
I'm honestly not sure how the idea that she destroyed them came around. Idk if this will work but here I go again
