Well for the purposes of the fight just assume Kurama won't be trying to steal his chakra while he's fighting.

I don't think It'll matter if goku went oozaru or not he'll only get 10x stronger versus naruto who has nine+ different forms that'll automatically increase his abilities

I think they're pretty even. I would give naruto the edge if he was able to go sage mode too, without the need to work with kurama.
