Kid Goku vs Itachi

Same with Sheoth. Itachi looks like he has enough abilities to take Goku down(but with high diff, actually), and that;s without using Genjutsu even tho it's usable here. His speed is pretty lacking but that's because that was when he was sick(that and comparing it with King Piccalo Arc Goku, he might as well move at a snail's pace or something, idek).
But yeah, i'd that Itachi wins this either by Genjutsu(knowing him, he'd so do that) or hit Goku with the Totsuka sword or even pierce and seal him away.

It seems Kid Goku got this via speed, AP and durability.

Normally Goku since you need Chakra and since Goku has none for Justus other than Tai-Justu to do their Magic he would win But since you put rules out that Gen will Work Itachi takes it at a very very high diff since Goku is faster but the Sharigans Range is huge.
