Kid Goku Speed Upgrade/Discussion

INTRODUCTION​

• This is a very simple content revision thread. I am aiming to upgrade Post-Korin Training Goku from "At least Hypersonic" to "Relativistic". By proxy this gives a very slight upgrade to the following keys like 22nd Budokai Goku (0.09c to 0.11c), and King Piccolo Arc Goku (0.1c to 0.11c).
• This feat where Goku dodges a laser was calculated by me, and accepted. However, I understand if there's skepticism about the feat, so this thread is also open to discussion regarding the validity of the laser.

CONCLUSION

• Post-Korin Goku and everyone comparable to him becomes Relativistic.

To add to this, I believe the laser should be legit because;

1. Comes from a technological source
2. Is heat-based

This does not look sufficient for it to be treated as a lightspeed attack.

Yeah in DB those are more often than not energy beams.

I also don't see a reason to treat that as a lightspeed laser instead of a generic machinery-generated energy beam.

If it was shown to reflect off of certain materials I'd agree but this is just not enough for a lightspeed beam.

Not at all, no. That was revised.
