That doesn't change a thing. Kevin's strongest traps only rack up to baseline 9-B (15 KJ). Dio's AP and Durability are both High 8-C (which is 2 Tons of TNT or 8,368,000 KJ), over 557,866x stronger than anything Kevin can dish out.

Even if Kevin could somehow harm Dio, how is he going to get past Dio's regen? Dio scales to fellow vampire Straizo, who casually regenerated after being blown to pieces by numerous grenades. Not to mention Dio has hax that Kevin isn't prepared for. Dio can easily restrain him and drain him of blood, he can turn Kevin into a zombie, hypnotize him with mere eye contact, freeze him solid, obliterate him with his Space Ripper Stingy Eyes, or just finger flick him given the massive difference in AP.
