Yeah just looking at Tanba's stats and abilities he's way stronger than Kureha and is extremely skilled as well. If the power gap was closer Kureha would have a shot but all it'll take is one direct hit to end the fight Baki style.

Tanba wins low diff but he likely takes some sort of internal damage from a last ditch attack from Kureha.
