Stomp Match, Diavolo gets completely curbstomped by Keine in both rounds

Ability-wise, not exactly. Keine could erase and create history, but only in the sense of people's perception of it (like "History is written by the winner" kinda sense), so the time's still there, but people may or may not recognizing it, while King Crimson literally skip time ahead so people can't even feel the time (since it's not there) altogether. On the other hand, Keine could be more wide range and specific with her history, so people could remember the wrong thing or not remember or see it at all that this is there, since the "memory" of it is being eaten, even though the object is still there.
Example: Someone firing a bullet.
KC: Activate-> delete 10s of time -> bullet instantly came at it position 10s later.
Keine: Activate-> eaten 10s of history-> bullet come out 10s later, but the experience of that time is being erase, so they wouldn't recognize the bullet is there, logged in the shoulder, until 10s later.( Though in her case, she could erase it "memory" there so people will bleed to death without realizing why)
Tier wise, this is probably a stomp though.
