Katsuki doesnt lose in speed and he has his equipment, plus he is surely able to destroy boruto in close combat..
clones will pointleslly tire boruto out, once vrasengan is used kacchan wouldnt be stupid enough to stay and let himself get hit a second time and his explosions can also be fired mid-range...
