bakugou is to fast for cat to catch but unfortunatly to slow for him to hit cat due to higher reaction speed,

the bad-luck power is pretty useful exspecially if it works on living things too,

i would say...cat wins with 6/10, he has a infinite range which will wear down bakugous stamina, and in close combat both sides seem to be rather equal, but bakugous equipment will be destroyed by bad-luck-touch and he has a sword which (like in deku vs ichigo) is in case it is a capable sword-user a advantage against a non-lethally-armed enemy, plus, the sword can grow too,

all in all, a close fight but cat takes it high diff...

Well the thing about Adrien's Cataclysm that' yall should know about is that it's unknown as to what it can really do if it landed on a living being.

AFAIK, it's sort of implied to be a bad thing seeing as how in one of the episodes of Ladybug Marinette was pretty much avoiding his attacks during a time he was struck by a "hate arrow" (long story). But simply put, it's really unknown as to what it really does to a living being.

Another note to take is that should Adrien even use his ability on anything, his time as Chat Noir gets runned down to a mere 5 mins. Once it's done, he has to have his miraculous go recharge or whatever while he's stuck as his normal self.

In any other case, Adrien can pretty much stay inside that form for all he wants really.

Not putting in a vote. Just to clear something about his ability and how it also affects him.
