why is this even a debate
Bakugo just goes in like he normally does while Megumin is too distracted casting explosion
100 meters isn't that far, especially since even one of his AP shots can kill Megumin instantly
and even if she manages to use Explosion, Bakugo can either dodge or they both get KOd due to Bakugo being dead and Megumin being incap'd
Bakugo wins no effort

If you make the distance too far, Bakugo can't win. If you make the distance too close, Megumin can't win. I don't think this is a very good match up.
