Katniss Everdeen versus Hermione Granger

How can arrows be a problem? Hermione has subsonic reflexes, when Katniss only has subsonic attack speed thanks to the bow. Hermione can whip her wand faster than Katniss can even load an arrow in the bow, and even if she had the time to fire an arrow at Hermione, guess what? Hermione blocks it. She has many spells that can block an arrow. In fact, she can destroy the arrow and kill Katniss at the same time if she goes overkilly with a spell like Bombarda Maxima.

And even if somehow Katniss survived a barrage of subsonic Wall-level spells (On the very least), she'd need to get close to Hermione. Wingardium Leviosa would not only turn her efforts nil but also lift her in the air, where Hermione can one-shot her quite safely. That, or she can, you know, use one of her dozens of AOE spells that Katniss has no way of blocking, reacting or surviving to.

Arrows are nothing when:

• Your foe can dodge them.
• Your foe can attack many times before you can even load your bow with them.
• Your foe can block them in dozens of ways.
• Your foe can fire subsonic projectiles as well, but in a higher rate of firing, way stronger and much harder to dodge thanks to AOE.

Still a stomp. Hermione can literally speedblitz Katniss with her subsonic combat/reaction speed, as opposed to Katniss' subsonic attack speed... When using her bow. It is like saying a really fast human can shoot down a peregrine falcon with a bow when it is aware of said human being, isn't that far and is actively avoiding him, but worse.

Hermione's page places only her reactions at subsonic, not her combat speed, and Katniss's page places her at the same tier as Hermione. So it's not really a power stomp or a speedblitz according to the pages, which seems to mean the only way it could be a stomp is a hax stomp. I don't know if Hermione is really haxed enough for it to be called that. Even though it is a decisive win for Hermione...

That's strange. If she had combat speed that is way inferior to reaction speed, the battles in HPverse would be really, REALLY long, since almost every good duelist has Subsonic reactions and people like Hermione fodderizes them, beating them with one or two spells. And both her attack and reaction speed are subsonic (Or should, since spells can hit beings with subsonic reactions quite easily), even if her combat speed isn't, while Katniss is still Peak Human in reaction speed.

Look at this. Yes, it is probably still around Wall level, but from what I remember about reading the Hunger Games books, Katniss' Wall level feats are considerably inferior to Bombarda Maxima.

Again, I see no foreseeable way to Katniss win this. Even if you don't consider Hermione "hax", her versatility makes this almost impossible for Katniss to win. Even if we equalized speeds, Katniss needs to load arrows, while Hermione only needs to flick her hand.
