Isn't it just a basic KE feat? I'm no expert on calcs but I was under the impression if you have calc someone moving something at a certain speed then KE is usable.

I'm pretty sure that would make any MFTL character Tier 4/3 by default.

I think FTL KE are automatically unusable because then physics breaks down or something.
Admittably I've never been a big fan of using KE feats.
