Karthus vs The Overlord

Well, since Karthus is essentially Darth Nihilus 2.0, then if he manages to mind hax him and absorb him, then he could take this, but I don't know if he can do that to a conceptual being, which has also possession and type 8 immortality. Not voting for now.
