Ok so this match depends on what they both start out with. Kars is gonna try to slice and dice Godzilla. And it's likely godzilla would respond with atomic death. So either that completely eviscerates kars....but ultimately kars will lose...he either gets oneshotted or when he tries to hit godzilla with hamon. He gets atomic death'd. This godzilla can survive multi city block level blows

So basically ultimate kars loses badly..,..but not bad enough where it's considered a stomp.

Ok so ult kars blitzes and wears Godzilla down to the point where he should be able to kill. If godzilla goes into 5th form he possibly gets uber stomped.
