Kama's nonexistent physiology

Since the standards for NEP has changed, what type would kama (Fate) have?
I think it is probably NEP nature 1, aspect 2. What do you guys think?

I had already talked about it when they had the thread for nep2, she should have nature 1(or 2 since people have tell me that nep2 habitualy get this one) for aspect 1/2/4 and nature paradoxal for type 3

What is the justification for nature type 2 and 3 and aspects 1 and 4?
