I believe that Kalifa has a good defense against mosquitoes using her soap as a shield. She can also make huge waves of soap up to hundreds of meters to drive them away (and apply her hax to them). What could Mosquito Girl do to prevent being soaped and become totally slippery and without strength? Also, Kalifa can simply speedblitz.

Soru is a pretty significant speed amp, enough to easily outpace those comparable to the user in speed, so she can definitely outspeed Mosquito if she needs to.

Does Mosquito girl have any counter to Golden Hour? Without a supply of water around, once Kalifa covers her in bubbles she should be able to fairly easily finish her off.

Leaning towards Kalifa.
