Anyways, here how this go:

AP: Choze should be around 102KT for harming Suiryu. Kaku in base should be around 175KT with his Zoan Form being much higher than that but certainly below 526 Asura Zoro. So Kaku has the AP advantage.

Range: Kaku has the range advantage via his Rankyaku is around the Hundreds of meters while Choze is only at Tens of meters.

Lifting Strength: Zoan Form Kaku is certainly physically stronger than Luffy in base form who is at 28,520,563.2 kg while Choze is comparable to Suiryu who is 6,927,108.453 kg.

Anything else: So basically, Kaku is leading in pretty much everything over Choze atm. He don't have any notable skills to even the gap against Kaku. Kaku can use either Soru or Geppou to escape his energy blasts or momentarily blitz him. He could also use Geppou to stay out of his range and fire off Ranyaku blasts if he want to. He has Tekkai which further his resistance to physical attacks.

Basically, I vote for the giraffe. The giraffe low-dif the monster
