Kakashi does not scale to Obito's demotion

First, Kakashi would still retain his qualification to scale above other characters, but scaling Fourth War Kakashi (WA Kakashi) to Obito’s level is somewhat misleading.

To begin with, Obito wanted to break the seals, so he was pretending from the very beginning. Both Naruto and Sasuke confirm. https://photos.app.goo.gl/8aaFqFRxgQ4kyB53A . this. Emotions in Naruto characters can either weaken or strengthen them. Some examples of this are how Naruto managed to injure Kaguya despite previously being completely overwhelmed, or how Sasuke was affected during the Kage Summit.

The fact that Obito was pretending is further proof of this—he wasn’t exerting himself to his full potential.https://photos.app.goo.gl/cJ3myzra9Q1y3tHv5

Secondly, from a narrative standpoint, Obito is positioned near the level of Naruto in Kurama Mode phase 2 (KCM 2), someone whom Kakashi found astonishing the moment he saw him. Therefore, it doesn’t make sense for Kakashi to scale to that level.
