I mean, Kairos is baseline from what I've seen, so I don't really see what prevents BOB from just using Electricity / Plot Hax on him, or throwing him far into nonexistence or a higher layer. Granted, the guy has 1-A Immortality apparently, so I doubt Randall Flagg 2.0 there can actually kill him as opposed to just ******* him up.
