I go for Zane as he mostly hold back in fight, he didn't used his technique in the tournament that lead him to lose, both was able to harm AE Nokt, and pretty sure that Ice element is above Fire element, damages speaking.

After Part 1 all the Ninja should have evolved except Kai as Zane one-shotted Shatterspin amped Nokt unlike Kai who took power up to defeat Shatterspin amped Nokt, so Zane should be above Kai

I don't think so because I see that when Ninja have their elemental power they can fire blast in RDT mode but when they don't have Elemental Powers blast disappears in RDT

Let me remind you that Nokt's Water blast was equal to Kai's Fire blast so Kai should be equal with Nya in strength, and Zane should be stronger than Nya via being able to deal the same damage to Nokt as Nya did to Jordana controlled by Rox.

Zane with his EP doesn't have much comparable feats to Kai with EP in DR S2

Let me remind you that Nokt's Water blast was equal to Kai's Fire blast so Kai should be equal with Nya in strength, and Zane should be stronger than Nya via being able to deal the same damage to Nokt as Nya did to Jordana controlled by Rox.

Doesn't matter much if Zane perform better than Nya bc Kai did too
