Toriko is at least Mach 30,000+ and Kaguya should be at least Mach 3,000+ / 4,000+ so Toriko is either 10x times faster or 7.5x times faster than Kaguya.

Toriko being at least 7.5x times faster than Kaguya would allow him to kill Kaguya before she can use the ETSB.

than kaguya gets blitzed but toriko cant kill or KO her because of her Regenerationn, it will mostlikely require kaguya to use her strongest AoE attack in order to hit toriko but she should win ^_^

Ya i'ma have to agree with GreatestSin on this one. If Toriko has a legit sealing move, then its easily all on him.. Other wise he'd be stuck beating her into a pulp while Kaguya just... doesn't die.

Toriko is very likely planet level in the manga right now, but we need more proof to determine that.

That said, he could likely win via blitz + Mugen kugi punch or Ultimate Routine. Or Kaguya could win if she ETSB's the planet right from the start.
