You wonderful man.

Will comment soon, Kabutops is one of my favorites from gen 1, might as well make a case for him.

This seems close,

What stops Mud Shot and Sand attack from lowering his speed and accuracy until he can barely hit him? If Weak Armor goes off then he will have a more then sizable speed advantage.

The fact that none of this will hit Kabuto,he doesn't need eyesight tro fight, his senses are so great he can dodge Susanoo arrow without looking.Thats due to Sage Mode.

Kabuto takes this fight quite easily, first off he has "Ground" type attacks that is the weakness of Kabutops,Kabuto can control the surroundings at will with his ninjutsu and shape it in different forms to attack.Kabuto has much greater intelligence,Regenerationn, range of attacks, arsenal of techniques that include Various types of Genjutsu,White Rage attack that deals AOE status effects such as Paralysis,Blinding and emits very loud sounds. This technique alone is enough to deal with Kabutops.

Kabuto has every single advantage in this fight.

Mud shot works on most to all Pokémon, even those with good senses. That won't help, just having good senses won't beat debuffs.

Kabuki is still far faster and can also reduce his stats while also healing from the damage he does, so the AOE isn't an issue and the regen is balanced out. Ground types moves are a wincon, but he will struggle to land them do to Accuracy debuffs.

Ancient Power can also give him a stat advantage without even getting into his easy to use debuffs (Leer and Metal Sound,)

Moves like Aqua jet will let him get into melee easily, which lets him drain and wring out, doing high damage and/or healing him.

Thats debatable, just because it worked on Pokemon doesn't mean it will work on Kabuto's Senses. And as I said, that attack won't even hit in the first place.

He isn't faster, speed is equalized,so unless he takes damage he won't get speed buffs.Kabutops doesn't have any form of Regenerationn or healing.White Dragon from Kabuto is AOE paralysis that will instantly incapacitate Kabutops.

Ground types moves are a wincon, but he will struggle to land them do to Accuracy debuffs.

There won't be any accuracy debuffs,Sind Attack reduses accuracy by blinding the opponent with sand,as I said earlier Kabuto doesn't need eyesight to fight.

Ancient Power can also give him a stat advantage without even getting into his easy to use debuffs (Leer and Metal Sound,)

This can be dodged easily, and there is only a chance to get buffs,so its not even guaranteed.

This is not a smart move,Kabuto will destroy Kabutops in meele fight due to his superior senses and skill,he is highely skilled shinobi.

Kabuto is better than Kabutops in everything, the sheer intelligence difference is already enough for Kabuto to win.Genjutsu,White Dragon,Environmental Manipulation (Ground attack basically),web attacks are more than enought to win this fight easily.

Are you seriously claiming that he will dodge Leer and Metal sound?

Also the melee advantage isn't applicable because of the sizable stat advantage, he is gonna be slower, inaccurate, and weaker. If he lands a physical attack on Kabutops then the speed difference is gonna be even greater. Combined with the healing, Kabutops has a big advantage.

going kabuto wayyyy to versatile ALOT smarter and has more win cons, he can literally pull a competitve pokemon strategy and poison kabutops and then rely on medical ninjutsu to waste time until kabutops faints
