Does jumping feats translate to speed? like in saitma's case, if so would jumping 7+meters in the air ontop of something qualify for superhuman physical characteristics along with SH speed?

Well, jumping seven meters into the air unassisted is superhuman regardless of speed.
I know that we've used jumping feats like Saitama's and Galand's for speed, but I'm not sure how to quantify that speed without a timeframe and a distance traveled.
