I noticed Jumanji is Town level for causing an Earthquake at 6.0, but the Jumanji page uses radiated waves instead of total seismic waves. With Total Seismic waves it would be Mountain level instead. Jumanji causes earthquakes through magic and not physical force, so total seismic waves would apply.

I tried to base the magnitude of the earthquake based off of the huge fissure that was created so it may need to be properly evaluated to get an accurate measurement. Magnitude 6 earthquakes are described as being able to deal moderate to severe damage to buildings not designed to withstand earthquakes. I think literally ripping a house in half would count as severe damage.

Magnitude 6 was an educated guess, i'd prefer an actual evaluation as opposed to upgrading it based on a guess

Looking at the description for earthquakes, it states that:

Damage to a moderate number of well-built structures in populated areas. Earthquake-resistant structures survive with slight to moderate damage. Poorly designed structures receive moderate to severe damage. Felt in wider areas; up to hundreds of miles/kilometers from the epicenter. Strong to violent shaking in epicentral area.
House earthquake
Considering that the structure shown in question seems to be mostly made of wood, it is probably not considered earthquake-resistant.

Magnitude 6 sounds about right.

I think that this seems reasonable. Just remember to link to the blog.

I linked to Darkanine's blog in a note at the bottom of the Earthquake Calculations page, and in the featured blogs section of the wiki navigation bar.

I think that you can do so, yes.
