Could you specify the battle conditions a bit more?

If this is the 7-C Yu, then Yu likely gets curbstomped due to the hilarious difference in combat speed, even with Jotaro's recent downgrade from 8-A to 8-B.

If this is High 6-A Yu, then I'm not sure. Star Platinum is immensely faster, but I'm not sure how much chip damage would be required to pull it off. Logically every punch would be City Block Level, and there's no doubt that the amount of punches Star Platinum could throw out in a second yields lots of digits. But I'm not sure.

Whether or not this is Yu with all his abilities/personas or just Izanagi is also quite important, since if he nullifies, repels, or absorbs physical attacks Jotaro won't have a chance of killing him.

If Narukami has access to the wild card the only thing he has to do is change to a Persona that can block/ repel/ Absorb physical attacks (Like Futsunushi) and it's game over for Jotaro.

Yu has to be conscious of it to be able to block/absorb attacks. Jotaro can activate time stop at any time, and all he needs is one opening to get close while time is stopped and it's over. The DBX episode didn't lie in that the battle was somewhat evenly matched until hax were pulled out.

But DBX forgot that all the Persona-users has some kind of defense/resistance against time/space manipulation (as seen in P3, Persona Arena and Persona Q, Where they defeated Chronos).
