Does something like this really need to be elaborated on? Perhaps it should just be "Minor 4th Wall Awareness." Chalk it up to the newness of stand for the part, but Star Platinum and Jotaro have many powers that he uses once and never uses again. Super Breath, Star Finger, etc.
With something like this, I don't think it really has to be used consistently, really. Powers are harder to debunk someone having them unless they have some anti-feat to debunk them having them

Star Finger is used against sea guy and Anubis Silver Chariot, more in anime I think. Super Breath is already suggested when his stand has super strength in nearly every regard, which should include breathing as well.
