I have been wondering about this for a little while now, and I would finally like to get some proper consensus on this. Should we use...
Anime/David Production Pictures: This holds some advantages and disadvantages, the art for the anime looks really glossy and slick. However not all parts have an anime adaption and finding anime pictures for certain characters/stands (DIO) can be quite difficult.
Classic Araki Artstyle: This would give some indication to visitors of the JoJo page that we only take note of the manga version of Jojo, also Araki's art is very stylish and visually pleasing. The same problem of characters not having suitable pictures would be slightly troublesome.
All Star Battle/Eyes of Heaven:: The games all have pre set rendered images of the characters and stands which we can use without having any trouble, the art however is good but not as iconic or slick as the manga/anime adaptions.
All: Will allow us to pick pictures we see best fit the characters, however there will be little to no consistency and conflicting artstyles with other profile pictures just bugs me.
