If you're talking about Funny, that's technically range, even if you took every Funny together as one object literally that'd only be High 3-A due to mass.
unless there's something else he did that's 2-A in scope, in which case yeah probably treat that as AP flatout given OR.

Honestly I'm not sure if there is. Granted, there might be a statement about his reality warping effecting multiple universes, which you could maybe argue extends to his EE which is literally just a specific application of his main reality manipulation ability. Like if there was a statement saying he could change multiple universes in some way, then its possible he could also erase all of those universes using the same ability. I'll maybe try and take a look soon though.

Although out of curiosity, why isn't Diavolo EE a portion of time (and by extension Kira blowing up a portion of time) High 3-A and not Low 2-C? It's probably some tiering system thing I don't understand, but I'm just curious.

Low 2-C is whole timeline. An instant of time is 3-A (4D). They delete a portion of time, a portion still contains infinite snapshots of moments of time.

3-A snapshot x infinite snapshots = High 3-A.

It's High 3-A on a 4-D scale though, as opposed to just blowing up a infinitely big uni.
