JoJo: The Sun

I am by not means a JoJo expert. I merely was watching some of it and I noticed that a Stand, known as the Sun, was able to heat everything to 70 degrees Celsius in a radius of at least 100 meters. I am fairly certainly that would surpass the current High 8-C that Muhammad Avdol and the like currently sit at.

Isn't the Sun considered only a B in destructive power, though? I know we don't strictly abide by this scale, but I feel that would mean at least something.
