This is a huge stomp in Kratos' favor. Also, its against the rules to equalize anything other than Speed.

Johnny's Hax: Soul Manipulation, Life Force Absorption, Petrification, Empathic Manipulation, Willpower Manipulation

Kratos' Hax: Soul Manipulation, Life Force Absorption, Petrification, Pseudo black hole creation, Time Manipulation

Plus Kratos has a resistance to Soul Manipulation on top of being immensely more powerful

Johnny isn't slow by any means, in fact he may be faster then Hermes.

On top of that, he's incredibly tough, he has long range weaponry that can do significant damage, I think this is pretty even.
