Coolie's feat with the Orphic Egg isn't something he can do through normal means. He can only damage the egg with a weapon known as the Whatsis, or by summoning a Noshka to attack it for him. Because of this, Coolie should be downgraded to "At least High 3-A, Low 2-C via summons, Low 2-C with the Whatsis".
"But can't Coolie kill the Noshka when he summons it?"
Yes but it's an inconsistency in the sense that it places him at a ranking on par with an egg that he isn't on par with at all.
Also, I recall using that statement from Quiddity in Middens as supporting evidence for Low 2-C for Genie and Nomad. That feat is wrong too. The statement says "Space and time is the province of idiots. Watch me trascend above it all!" which implies that he merely wishes to transcend spacetime and not that he actually does transcend it.
So bottom line: Coolie gets downgraded to High 3-A, conditionally Low 2-C while everybody who scales to him goes back down to High 3-A.
