usually he shoots some energy blasts, makes a force field around himself and then attacks (Hand 2 hand) while his target is avoiding the blasts.

Oh okay. Jasper starts off with the stat amps and after he's boosted his stats he'll be happy to take a hit.

He also uses Future Strike whenever he can.

Hitting jack may not be a good idea, due to his ability to amp upon taking damage. he returns damage once hit.

The only way I could see Jasper winning this is if he's ever lucky to eventually hit him with Continuous Damage or even better, Target Halting. But that's probably unlikely to happen. Not to mention that durability will make him last a little longer too.

I'll go with S╠Âa╠Âm╠Âu╠Âr╠Âa╠Âi╠ Jack then.

What's the AP difference before and after Jasper amps?

After he amps his stats, he can take down others who have the same amount of durability as him in five hits.

He can't do that before he boosts his stats.

We don't have an exact number for him sadly since Faintree: New Life powerscaling is a mess because most characters are backscaled.

Bellona survived a 1.854 megaton feat, but got knocked out by it so she backscales from it. This is why I just decided to put Bellona and everyone who scales to her at "at least Large Town Level+ and possibly Small City Level".

So both Jasper and Jack should still be around the same level.
