What AP advantage does Jiraiya have? And would he even know of the Mangekyo Sharingans capabilities anyways? Like Ametarasu would end him

We scale Pervy Sage to 7A bro. Sasuke isn't 7A in this key without Kirin. What MS abilities??? Pervy Sage knows about amatarsu and how it looks. Also MS capabilities??? What capabilities?? Only thing Sasuke can do in this key is use amatarsu. Sasuke is heavily matched here in all stats even genjutsu.

This is Taka Sasuke so I'm assuming this is up to the Five Kage Summit.

Sasuke has Susano'o(which he'll spam) and Amaterasu and barely touches Genjutsu unless he's about to get folded.

Jiraya kinda hard counters. He has Ma and Pa to counter Genjutsu can summon The Goons Toads for more backup, he has the same capabilities as Sage Naruto minus Rasenshuriken(But can still use Rasengan) to destroy his Susano'o. Afterwards he taps.

Voting for Sasuke. He may lose out physically in strength to Jiraiya but makes up for it with so much more. Even if speed was equalized neither of them have shown speed above the other in my opinion so I don't think that would be a factor. What would be is abilities, how well they use them, & a lot of luck.

I'd give them about the same in tactical knowledge. Both are shown to be above average in intelligence, again with neither having a leg up on the other with the ability to remain calm in a stressful situation. But that's where the similarities begin to end.

I'd give Sasuke the edge in the three main categorizes, ninjutsu, taijutsu, & genjutsu. Jiraiya's arsenal is primarily his hair, fire, & oil, all pretty much useless against Sasuke who can either match it with his own or sharingan copy them. Then there's taijutsu, a more controversial comparison but if we're being honest the big J's is brute strength & sheer speed. Sharingan would null speed to some degree if need be & strength can be avoided similar to against Killer B. Sasuke on the other hand has shown pretty decend h2h & swordplay, tie that with lightning & he should do fine. Lastly genjutsu, here neither are all that good, but Sasuke has two genjutsus to you, casual sharingan & what's apparently supposed to be mangekyo sharingan genjutsu. Jiraiya has the frog song but it's a known fact that it takes time for Ma & Pa to prep for that technique, the same isn't said for Sasuke.

Plus a bonus, if Sasuke has the curse seal he can gain a statistics boost & flight to further deal with Jiraiya, if not, no down side. But the real factor is Amaterasu & Susanoo, which since this is in character Sasuke will spam. Blaze Control can give further offence & defense like against A keeping Jiraiya at bay. Sasuke should take this after a somewhat drawn out fight but much sooner if he gets lucky. Jiraiya just doesn't have enough showings in sage mode or in general to give him a definitive edge in this.

The problem with this battle is that Sasuke is literally a whole two tiers below Pervy Sage which makes this technically a stump

That's why I said if, since the whole "Taka" thing seems to differ in interpretations, either have it as just Akatsuki robe while another it's dark gray outfit (vs Itachi) & Akatsuki that are Taka. But it doesn't matter as I only brought it up as an additional.

In attack power they are both in the mountain range, Jiraiya with rasengan & Sasuke with Kirin, in durability, yes. But Saskue has it with Susanoo, which he is quick to use & use it often, which is why the fight can still happen without it actually being a stomp.

Plus Sasuke still can win with the Kirin if he uses it (with both him & Jiraiya spamming fire release, the stage will be set without Jiraia's knowledge) & the Amaterasu which was able to hurt 8-tails B. And that's just offensice attacks, he still has genjutsu which adds another way. Which has the advantage of being easy to use.

And not only is Sasuke rarely in a hurry to use Genjutsu(Which he's gonna be able to get out of due to Ma and Pa) Sasuke spamming Mangekyo abilites is more detrimental than anything. He just going to go blind faster. Sasuke's Susano'o is literally the only thing keeping Jiraya from one shotting. And still Jiraya can summon more toads for back up against him.

While Sasuke may not be as prone to genjutsu as his brother you can't deny the fact that he does use it when he knows it'll be beneficial (Killer B, Sakura, some rando cloud ninja, A's aid [forget his name, he's unimportant, etc.] & speaking of B, it takes another a moment to snap someone out of genjutsu. As shown after being caught Killer B got the rest of his attacking distance, hit the floor & gave Sasuke a brief moment to recover before getting attacked again) & that's more than enough for Amaterasu.

Plus while spamming would make him go blind that will not be a factor in this fight. Sasuke went through Killer B, Five Kage summit, & Danzo before showing signs of his eyes going. He won't need to spam that much for this. One Susanoo (and some likely needed repairs that'll occur, a genjutsu or two, & at the most a Blaze Control to either a 1-shot or set up 1-2 punch.

Another element of time falls to Jiraiya too. While Ma & Pa keep his chakra & senjutsu in check he is shown to be able to run out of both. If the fight is extended, it'll be just as bad for Jiraiya as it could be for Sasuke. And Sasuke has his own summonings as well including the giant snakes to combat Mamabunta.

I know, that's why I said he rarely uses it. Never said he didn't use it period. And to boot Bee almost immediately caught Sasuke with Lariat after he hit the floor. Ma and Pa can wake him from Genjutsu.

He was already showing blindess after the bee fight, when he could barely see the glass of water and spilled it. And that's only when he used it once. After spamming it at the Five Kage Summit he was almost completely blind. And knowing Sasuke, he will spam Susano'o and go blind.

Ma and Pa allow him to keep drawing in Nature energy while he's on the move so he won't run out of Sage Mode mid-fight. Sasuke is the only one who's really not benefitting from a long fight.

Also the Sasuke who fights Itachi was "Hebi" Sasuke, so no curse mark
