Yet another profile that lacks pretty much everything relevant [Barely any scans, No references, lackluster explanations and as expected a lot of abilities missing]

Alongside the general profile improvement and abilities addition this is also an Upgrade Thread for his stats

Powers & Abilities Revisions
Explanations/Scan additions [Abilities already on the profile but lacking scans/explanations]

• Immortality (Types 1, 2 & 3 - Due to consuming mermaid flesh more than a thousand years ago Jinbei was granted eternal life and the ability to regenerate from damage[1])
• Regeneration (Mid - Killing Jinbei requires not only cutting off his head but also completely crushing it[2] though even if his head is cut to pieces he can still manually put it back together using the Board of Nonpolar Supreme Polarity[3])
• Master Swordsman (Jinbei has fought across countless wars throughout the ages earning him experience with various weapons[6] and it was him who taught Juuzou swordsmanship[7] before his former student eventually surpassed him in skill after centuries of training[6])
• Martial Arts (After the Meiji Restoration, more than 100 years ago, Jinbei gave up his sword to train in Kenpo[7] until the modern era where he's reached a level of mastery recognized to have no weaknesses[8], able to instantly form counters to techniques once he knows the "trick" to them[9] yet in spite of this he is still yet to have reached the true limit of his strength[7])
• Chi Manipulation (Jinbei is a skilled user of Chi which allows for the amplification of ones speed, strength and durability[17])
• Pseudo-Flight (The most skilled users of Shundō can "take a hold of the world" to perform a Shundō on the air itself[17])
• Spatial Manipulation (Jinbei's unique skill Switcheroo[26] is simply an added bonus of the Board of Nonpolar Supreme Polarity[3] which allows him to manipulate space in real time[7])
• Teleportation (Although Switcheroo was originally introduced as an ability which simply swaps the location of two targets[26] it is shown to actually be general teleportation[30] without need for[31] a secondary target to be swapped[7])
• Magic
  • Sealing (Jinbei can utilize magic to create powerful seals that even Touta can't break[26])
  • Energy Projection (After taking a fighting stance Jinbei can release a blast of concentrated energy similar to a Kamehameha[27])

New Ability Additions/Changes [Completely New Abilities & Removals]
To get the big one out of the way, currently on Jinbei's profile his ability known as The Board of Nonpolar Supreme Polarity (I know long name) is not listed in the Notable Attacks/Techniques section despite the fact that it's listed in his ability section as reality warping for the following reason:

Reality Warping (Can manipulate events from 4-D perspective)

It will be changed to this:

Cosmic Awareness, Perception Manipulation, Space-Time Manipulation and Existence Erasure (After a spiritual awakening Jinbei gained access to Abhijna, the divine eye to see karmic destinations that traverses space and time[3], allowing him to expand his consciousness[28] to gain a so-called "omniscient perspective" where he sees and is aware of everything in range[3] similar to viewing the third dimension from the fourth dimension such that reality becomes a gameboard[6] in which Jinbei's perception of time is substantially slowed and he can freely interfere with the people on the board like pieces[3] that he can freely move around the board and even erase from existence[3] to such an extent that he can even bypass the defenses of white titans[28] which utilizes a combination of space-time distortion and magic barriers[29])

Reality Warping goes out the window and is replaced by Cosmic Awareness, Perception Manipulation, Space-Time Manipulation and Existence Erasure

The new abilities of the Board will be moved to a "Unique Skills" section alongside Jinbei's Switcheroo based abilities which will get these added:

• Sealing (By constantly activating Switcheroo within a given area Jinbei can sever an area of space from the world around it to form a spatially detached cell that seals a targets movements[3])
• Durability Negation (Using Switcheroo Jinbei can warp space to twist off peoples body parts[2], teleport separate chunks of a persons body way[30] as well as sever space within a closer range around himself[7]) - His Attack Potency Explanation literally says he can ignore durability with Switcheroo so I don't know why this wasn't already in his Powers & Abilities section
• Forcefield Creation (By constantly activating Switcheroo within a given space Jinbei can form a space separate from the world around it, similar to his spatially detached cell but intended to protect anything within from outside interference[32])
• Limited Invulnerability (By using Switcheroo to constantly sever a small area of space around himself Jinbei can form spatial tears that prevent attacks from reaching him[7] which he usually projects along his hands to intercept attacks or directly on his most vital parts like his neck[6])

One of the other notable things I've been adding in terms of abilities are those derived from Skill/Martial arts which are extraordinarily overlooked on the current Negima/UQ Holder profiles despite how prevalent Martial Arts is within the series, I'm thinking of making an explanation page for this some time soon. There are even certain techniques used by a large chunk of characters that don't have the appropriate abilities added such as

Mastery of Shundō grants the following abilities:

• Speed Enhancement (Jinbei is directly comparable to his student Gengoro[18] who is classified by his own information analysis as a master of the Shundō technique[19] which is a high speed movement technique that allows for instant acceleration and deceleration[17])
• Afterimage Creation (All Shundō users create "clones" in the wake of their movements which are actually just afterimages[20] that are last long enough and are convincing enough to fool opponents into attacking them[9])
• Limited Vector Manipulation (Even less skilled Shundō users[17] can leverage the techniques vector controlling aspect to enhance their strength by focusing the vectors of the power of the earth up from their feet[17])
• Acrobatics (Hypermobility, All-Terrain Mobility, Surface Running & Self-Momentum - In general Shundō allows it's skilled users to instantly accelerate and decelerate[17] as well as precisely control the trajectory of their motion[16] by transferring the vectors caused by their speed to the earth beneath them[17], run up vertical surfaces[21], run on bodies of liquid[22] and maneuver through a field of falling debris[7])
• Pseudo-Flight (The most skilled users of Shundō can "take a hold of the world" to perform a Shundō on the air itself[17])
• Stealth Mastery (Comparable to his student Gengoro[18] who is capable of performing a Shukuchi[19], a technique in which the user erases all signs of their presence as they move and when they attack[23])

Jinbei's other martial arts based abilities:

• Durability Negation (Jinbei is a vastly more experienced martial artist and user of Qigong than Ku Fei[7] who can utilize Qigong to bypass the defenses of an opponent to target their organs directly[10])
• Damage Boost (Using his mastery of Kenpo Jinbei can utilize hard Qigong to perform the Iron-Arm Technique which boosts his defensive capabilities as well as the power of his physical strikes[7])
• Attack Reflection (Jinbei is a comparable martial artist to Yukihime[11] who is a practitioner of Aikido with 100 years of experience, skilled enough to reflect the force of superhuman opponents attacks to throw them even while only possessing the power and speed of a 12 year old girl[12])
• Damage Reduction (Jinbei is a master of martial arts[8] compared to Touta who has only learned the basics[13] yet can easily move with an attack to reduce the damage it causes[14] and he's shown deflecting the swords swings of even Juuzou to reduce the damage they cause[11] similar to Touta circumventing attacks that would normally be able to easily damage him by deflecting them with his bare hands[15])
• Pressure Points (Jinbei can forcibly shut down a persons consciousness for 15 minutes by striking a pressure point at their head[2] and even use the back of his blade to knock people out[7])
• Perception Manipulation (Vastly more skilled than Touta Konoe who's perception of time automatically slows down when he's under a great deal of pressure[16])

And finally He also gets BFR

• BFR (Jinbei can instantly teleport multiple targets[24] all the way to the moon using the trash-dumping gate Nagumo left behind to him[25])

Resistance Additions
Another area which he completely lacked in his profile

General Unique Skills Resistances (Basically this will be standard for other Characters with Unique Skills - Kirie and Gengoro)

• Power Mimicry & Power Absorption (Switcheroo is a unique skill[26], a unique mystic ability-greater than magic-that cannot be learned by or transferred to others[21])
• Unconventional Power Nullification (Unique skills are able to bypass means of nullification that stop all interference from magic or technology because they classify as neither[33])

Other Resistances

• Unconventional Mind Manipulation (While utilizing the Board of Nonpolar Supreme Polarity Jinbei's consciousness is expanded to exist beyond his body, as such it is unaffected by the current condition of his actual brain)
• Soul Manipulation & Madness Manipulation (Type 2 - he was also amongst the UQ Holders that had their souls directly exposed to Ialda's infinite empathy ability without going mad)
• Aura (Overwhelming & Fear Inducing - Able to fight an enraged Cutlass[2] without once succumbing to her aura that causes targets to get overwhelmed by fear and perceive their own death at her hands if they try to move[34])

Statistics Revisions
Attack Potency, Speed and Durability Upgrades:

Attack Potency: Moon level+ (Matched Combat Form Dynamis blow for blow and easily tore Agali Arept in half with a single attack despite him being directly comparable to Baal and Nikitis[Note 1]), can bypass conventional durability with Switcheroo

Speed: Sub-Relativistic+ Combat Speed (Dodged attacks from Second Form Cutlass, who is fast enough to blitz Gengorou[Note 2]), At least Light Speed Perception and Attack Speed with The Board of Nonpolar Supreme Polarity (From the perspective of the board Jinbei perceives even Juuzou's motions as so slow it could be mistaken for time being stopped and managed to easily capture sept while he was in his light form)

Durability: At least Moon level+

Range and Intelligence Upgrade

Range: Standard Melee Range, Hundreds of Meters with Switcheroo (Jinbei's Switcheroo ability has an explicit range of 350 meters), Kilometers with Board of Nonpolar Supreme Polarity (After fully committing to being a member of the "world-saving party" Jinbei brushed up on his skills and learned to expand his consciousness to circumvent the low range of his ability), Planetary with BFR (Using Nagumo's trash-dumping gate Jinbei can teleport opponents all the way to the Moon)

Intelligence: Genius (As an Immortal that has been alive since the middle ages, Jinbei has centuries of experience with various weapons because he fought in wars throughout history, in particular he's an exceptionally skilled swordsman who Juuzou Shishimi initially sought out for training and although he later surpassed him in that regard Jinbei is simply yet to reach the limit of his strength. After the Meiji Restoration Jinbei gave up his sword to pick up Kenpo alongside other martial arts which he fully mastered the extent of eliminating all their weakness' making him greater than the likes of Touta Konoe and Ku Fei despite his general disinterest in training to get stronger)
