It looks like that even without his backstab, Spy can still one-shot. Since this takes place in a dark forest, with Spy's stealth mastery and invisibility, not to mention his superior range with his revolver, I say Spy takes this.

And if Spy is ever in trouble in CQC, he can Ubercharge himself to turn invulnerable.
