Inconclusive, FRA. It seems either side can potentionally win, but neither has a high enough chance of winning for either of them to solidly "take" a victory.

Spongebob should win considering that Jimmy doesn't have preparation. His inventions usually mess up and this problem is only really solved with preparation. Since we are using 9-B versions of both, Jimmy would lose purely because of the unpredictableness of his inventions without prep-time.

Spongebob has a resistance to Transmutation, what about Jimmy? If Jimmy doesn't, then wouldn't this technically be a win for Spongebob? Also, is Jimmy resistant to Spongebob's type of EE? Reading their pages their types of EE work kind of differently..
